Q : Does OPPA NOONA require booking / reservation?
A : It is absolutely a MUST. We tailor our service to each and every single client right from the process of photo-shooting, editing and printing, which is a time-consuming process. Therefore, it is a MUST to make your reservation to secure a time slot for our photography service, earlier booking increases the likelihood to reserve your preferred date and time slot.
Q : How to make booking / reservation?
A : We only accept phone booking / reservation made from Facebook or Instagram.
Q : Why isn’t anymore answering the phone calls?
A : Unfortunately, we are too broke to pay the phone bill T__T
Q : How long of the whole process ?
A : From photo shooting to collecting photo around 30-35 mins
Q : How much is the photography service?
A : ID photo / Student photo / CV photo
$380 – 12 slides & Softcopy $50
All bookings, whether they are made through IG / FB / Phone / Whatsapp, will be charged a $100 deposit to confirm your time slot. This deposit amount will be deducted from the bill after receiving our service. Please note that deposit must be made within 15 minutes from initial confirmation of booking, otherwise your slot will not be reserved and will be released to others. Deposit can be made through PayMe / FPS / AliPay HK / AliPay / HSBC bank.

Q : Can I refund ?
Once you have used our service, paid for and collected the products, and left the premise, it immediately represents you are 100% satisfied with the service and products you have enjoyed and paid for. We do not entertain any requests of refund under any circumstances in this regards.
Q : Does the photo-shooting service include make-up?
A : No. We do not provide make-up for the photo-shooting service. However, we provide basic make-up tools for clients’ self-service. Our professional photo editor will be able to edit your photo to the best suited.

Q : How much for full make-up service?
A : Full make-up service includes facial make-up and hairdo, handled by our professional make-up artist. Price is $990. Minimum 3-days prior booking is required. ( Makeup & Hairdo needs time 1 hour )
Q : Are there discount packages to choose from?
A : Nope
Q : Any other discount package ?
A : Not at this point in time. However, there may be promotional packages from time to time. Please follow us on Facebook or Instgram to stay tuned.
Q : Any group buy service ?
A : Nope and not consider
Q : How long is the photo-shooting? When is the photo available for collection?
A : Immediate. Normally it takes 30 to 40 minutes from shooting to collection.

Q : Is it possible to change the Hair color ?

Q : Is clothing provided for photo-shooting, if needed?
A : We provide clients medium to Extra large sized black suit jacket, white shirt and black suit dress, along with extras such as blouses, jumper skirts, chiffon shirts, long dresses and overcoats etc. No foot ware is provided. Due to limited studio space, please provide your own clothing with specific sizes if needed.
Q : What colours are available for the backdrop?
A : White, grey, pink, blue, red, black, green, stone….. we basically have all colours required for ID photo purposes. If you have a specific need, please PM us.
Q : Can I take over a photo taken at another studio and have you edit it for us?
A : Hell No.
Q : Can I get the original photo / raw file ?
A : No. unless you would buy for it HK$600 each

Q : Any Carpark ?

From today till 31 August 2023, come and enjoy 3 hours free parking with spending of HK$200 or above (on a single daily machine-printed receipt) from Monday to Friday, and 2 hours free parking on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Let’s have some new season shopping at Times Square!
Q : Do you cater walk-in?
A : No. This is because we are serving our pre-booked clients. Clients who came without booking will most likely be a vain attempt.
Q : Can I be late?
A : Please note, we have extremely tight bookings. If you’re overly late, it is going to affect all clients after your booking. Therefore, if you’re late, we have the absolute right to cancel your booking in order to upkeep our service quality to other clients. SO, DO NOT BE LATE!
Q : Can I cancel or change a reserved date / time?
A : Please contact us minimum 1 to 2 days prior to the reserved date.
Q : What if I don’t show up?
A : We blacklist those who do not show up after booking and will not be providing any service to that person in the future. Therefore, please be responsible.
Q : Do you take China Visa ID photos?
A : Certainly. We can provide the confirmation receipt with Barcode
Q : Do you take pet photos?
A : Certainly, please PM us for details.
Q : Do you take family portraits?
A : Certainly, please PM us for details.

A : Certainly, please PM us for details.
Mutual respect
We pride ourselves for not providing any responses/services to ill-mannered and arrogant prospects. The moral of customers-are-always-right does not exist in our dictionary so go jerk yourself off if you are one of them. Simply put, you want our service, you play by our rules.

Notice to OPPA NOONA customer
(A) You are not obliged to provide OPPA NOONA with your personal data. However, such provision is necessary so as to enable OPPA NOONA to provide you with the services or products which you are requested.
(B) The purposes for which your personal data (including : name, telephone number and email address) may be used are as follows:
1. the daily operation of the services and products provided to you;
2. designing services or products for customers' use;
3. marketing imaging services or products;
4.research services or products;
5. meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirement of any law binding on OPPA NOONA;
6. informing you of any customer benefits for OPPA NOONA customer;
7. and any purposes relating to above.
Notice to Visitors / Customers on collection of data from OPPA NOONA customer
Use of “Transaction Data” Collected
“Transaction Data” collected will be used only for handling of issuing Invoice and customer follow up usage. We shall keep the “Transaction Data” confidential at all times.
Retention of “Transaction Data”Collected
In customers’ dealings with us and for auditing purposes, “Transaction Data” “ Raw Photo file “ and “ records of customers” will be kept and retained by us for 1 year. Such information will be erased from our system in accordance with our internal policy.
